How to request a refund

Our online reseller Paddle.com acts as Merchant of Record and processes refunds on our behalf.

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you purchased with, or
  • Email us at info@spokenoverher.com and we'll help you through the process.

Please include the email address used for the purchase and, if you have it, your order number.

After a refund

Once a refund is issued, your subscription will be canceled and paid features will become unavailable. Your journal entries remain in your account; you can continue to use the free plan or export your content.

Renewals after the refund window

Subscriptions renew automatically. If you cancel after the 30-day window, your paid features remain available until the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again. You can cancel at any time from your account.
